EFCS provides floor polishing, restoration, and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of any service is confirmed during the on-site assessment and quotation stage.
All quotes are provided after assessing the floor type, condition, and area. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if site conditions differ from those described at the time of enquiry.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. Heavy furniture and valuables should be cleared in advance unless otherwise agreed. Our team handles light furniture movement.
Payment is due as agreed in your quotation. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
Our polishing work is carried out by trained professionals and is backed by a quality warranty. Warranty terms are confirmed at the time of service and exclude damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
While we take all reasonable care, EFCS is not liable for pre-existing defects or damage not caused by our work. Any concerns should be raised with our team at the time of handover.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
